On the palate, it's lush and full-bodied while heading into a tropical zone featuring pineapple, peach, and bright citrus flavors. The finish is clean, bright, and pleasant. This juice is great for a winery who is looking to add a delicious Chardonnay to it's wine porfolio. It can be left on it's own and fermented in stainless steel or barrel aged to enrich buttery notes on the palate.
