Proper Application of Barrel Sealing Wax
When barrels present leakage through the wood (versus at the seams), it is proper and customary to use barrel sealing wax to address the issue. However, for best results, a simple procedure should be followed. Otherwise, the wax will not permeate the grain of the wood and the leakage will persist.
