We understand that there are times when items do need to be returned and we have tried to make accomodations for such instances. If M&M Wine Grape Co. has mis-shipped a product to you, please call us at 877-812-1137 or email us with the invoice number and product mis-shipped and we will address the issue right away. If you are returning an item due to an error in placement of the order, M&M has a number of scenarios to return non-used (as well as non-perishable) items.
1. We have a 30 day no hassle return policy with full refund*.
2. If the return is over 30 days old before called in to us there is a 20% restocking fee subtracted from the refund*.
3. If the return is over 60 days old before called in there is a 25% restocking fee and a credit* issued towards future purchases.
4. We do not accept returns if the return is over 6 months past the delivered date.
*Exceptions are perishable products and actual shipping cost. 30 days begins at package being recieved by customer if trackable, if not trackable 10 days from the day it shipped from our warehouse.
To set up a return, you will first need an RMA#. To get this, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with the following information; the original invoice, the items you wish to return, and the best way to contact you.
Warranty: Equipment is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days from date of purchase. Some items may have special extended warranties. Please contact us before sending items back to ensure prompt and accurate service.
